This comfortable Algarve apartment offers a relaxed setting in the village of Fuseta, just a short distance from the sea and within easy reach of Faro Airport. Set on one level, the apartment provides a calm base with a shared 12m x 12m swimming pool, a terrace, and outdoor furniture for enjoying warm, sunny days.

Inside, the apartment features air-conditioning in the bedroom, a lounge with seating, Wi-Fi, TV. The kitchen is equipped for self catering and includes a coffee machine, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle and electric hob rings, along with dining utensils. It accommodates up to two people in one bedroom, with the option for one additional guest on sofa bed in lounge.

Views include peaceful country, garden, and pool scenes, and the property there is a garden area with grass and trees. Supermarkets a short drive away.

Guests can enjoy private on-site parking, sun loungers, a communal barbeque and washing machine and a terrace ideal for dining outdoors. Pool towels are available, and the surrounding area offers easy access to shops, restaurants, beaches, golf, and local transport links including a nearby train station.

A refundable cash security deposit of €200 is required on arrival to cover any potential breakages or damages during your stay. This deposit will be returned in full on the day of departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.

a great stay

Foi uma ótima estadia, a casa é agradável e limpa, a zona da piscina também muito boa!! A zona é sossegada mas com muitos restaurantes e confeitarias perto. (EN: It was a great stay, the house was pleasant and clean, the pool area was very good!! The area is quiet but with many restaurants and pastry shops nearby.)

Wonderful location, atmosphere

Wonderful surprise accommodation. Loved the location and area. Very quiet and nicely appointed. Definitely recommend!!! We'd a very minor issue(which was partly my own fault) - but was taken care of incredibly fast. You're provided an FAQ before arrival and its available on site. Its very helpful regarding all aspects of stay you may have a question re:. Although only interacted with two individuals - one via text/WhatsApp and one f2f the were incredibly kind, courteous and helpful Check in process wonderfully seamless .

Peaceful apartment with lovely surroundings

Jardim do Sul Apt 3 was ideal for a quiet and relaxing stay. The apartment is well laid out, very comfortable, and spotless on arrival. We enjoyed spending time by the pool, which was large and never crowded during our stay. The garden setting made it feel calm and private, and the terrace was perfect for morning coffee. A great base for exploring Fuseta and the surrounding area.
