Très bon séjour dans la villa.Soucis d'eau chaude au cours du séjour qui est assez problématique. Mise à part cela nous avons eu à faire à un hôte très gentil et réactif et arrangeant.Nous n'avons jamais trouvé comment fonctionnait le jaccuzi.Bonne expérience et bon rapport qualité prix.Merci(EN:)very good stay at the villa. Hot water issues during the stay were quite problematic. Apart from that we had a very kind and responsive host who was accommodating. We never found out how the jacuzzi worked. Villa Sunny Grande is a luxurious holiday Villa, with a solar heated pool, within the Sunny Villas Resort and Spa, Complex, located on the most popular peninsula of Halkidiki, near Hanioti village. Nestling on the slope of a hill overlooking Toroneos Bay in a green, verdant and tranquil environment, secluded, but close to the local beach and all amenities. It offers magnificent views, where you can idle hours away watching the vivid blue sky mingling perfectly with the iridescent blue sea.

Layout
Villa Grande features a small private garden with a pool, It is air-conditioned throughout and accommodates 6 - 7 guests, in one double bedroom and a twin. The Master bedroom is set on the main floor and boasts an en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool bath, the second is also on the upper level, with the twin bedroom located in the open-air loft, both sharing a bathroom.
The charming kitchen is fully equipped and is next to the contemporarily designed living room, boasting a feature fireplace and a sofa that converts into a single bed.
The three levels are joined via an interior staircase all enjoying stunning views of the open sea.

Pool and gardens
The sparkling solar pool (heated extra on request) is located on the ground floor, it is accessed via 2-3 steps and is equipped with all facilities for sunbathing or just chilling out with a drink or bite to eat in the nearby exterior dining space.
A further heated Indoor Pool is also available (charges apply)

The Location
Villa Grande is a modern bungalow-type property, close to a sandy beach in a very well-organized complex, with the bonus of indoor pool facilities if required. The villa staff is more than happy in making your holiday enjoyable and unforgettable. Ιt would be worth a try!
