Villa Gunes is an attractive, modern villa situated on the ground floor of a building in the heart of cosmopolitan Kalkan. Set in a sought-after neighbourhood, it offers direct access to the town’s local amenities, restaurants, shops, and the picturesque harbour, making it an ideal choice for those seeking a vibrant, central location. The property features a private swimming pool (3.5 x 6.0 m), beautifully designed courtyards, and is fully air-conditioned throughout.

Accessible directly from the main road via a private staircase and charming courtyard, Villa Gunes comfortably accommodates up to six guests across two levels. The entrance opens into a bright, air-conditioned open-plan space, featuring a modern living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen on the left.
